How to
register a profile.?
Click “Register Here” button to start filling the details and
click Terms and Conditions to complete the registration and validate filled
details in the preview form and submit it. Once you submit, will receive OTP to
your registered phone number to complete the registration activity.
Note: Once the Registration
is done, will take 24 hours to get activated the profile.

What is
Profile Validation.?
Registered
profiles are validated before available to all. Validation of profile will take
24 Hours Turn Around Time. Our support team validates each and every profile
carefully on specific criterion before it is approved.

How do I Login?
Click “Log
in” from the Home Page and enter your registered phone number to receive OTP
to compete the login process.

What is Public
Profile?
It is
the view of your full profile as others see it.

How to edit
profile?
Edit
profile is the section of the site where you can add or modify your profile.
To edit the profile go to “Manage Profile” from “My Profile/Account” Page.

What is Gallery?
Gallery is where you upload your more photos to your profile for better
match making. However, the limit is based on your membership.
7)
Happy Story
If your
marriage has been arranged through our service and you want to share your happy
story with us, then click “Happy Story” button to add it onto
our site. Your success story is a motivation to us as well as our members. So
please do add your story and marriage photograph to our list of success stories.
Note: To avoid spam, team vishwavedika will review all the submitted
happy stories and approve it to make it public.

How to Upgrade
Packages.?
Login to your account using registered phone number and click on “Dashboard”
and click “Packages” button on the left-hand side of the screen and select
desired package “Basic/Premium” and click on “Purchase this Package”
and select “RazorPay” and click confirm to proceed for payment.

How to Hide Contact Details
Your account details and contact details would be not visible to all members, unless the intended user is a premium member. Based on the user feedback, we will come up with additional security feature for better experience.
10) Is it possible to use multiple phone numbers for single account.?
It is not possible to have multiple phone numbers to login and manage an
account.

Is it possible
to update my phone and email address.?
Yes, it is possible to update a new
phone number and email, however it will ask for an OTP before modifying the phone
number and email to proceed further.

How many
photos, we can upload in the profile.?
Based on the User Plan
(Package), Photos can be uploaded. Please visit https://vishwavedika.net/packages
for more details.

What is
Advanced Search and where can I find it.?
Advanced search is to manually find suitable alliance from the system database,
like by age, sub-caste, education and mother tongue and location etc. This can
be found by clicking “My Matches” button in the profile.

What is partner
preference?
Partner
Preference is a feature that helps you define your ideal match and set your
suitability criteria. You will be able to see the profiles as per the partner
preference set by you in “Public Profile”.

How to view a
particular profile?
You can
search and view a particular profile by entering the Member ID in “Advanced Search”,
which can be seen in “My Matches”.

How Short-List
a profile?
Login to your account and go to “My Matches” where you can be able
to see all the active members. From the active member list you can select suitable
profile and click on “Shortlist” button to short-list the a particular profile.
This option will help you to track all your interested profiles in pane.

What is ignore
button?
With this button we can ignore any of the profile to visible in the active
members list. This feature may work like block profile.

What is Report
button?
A member can report about other member in the system by clicking on “Report”
button with reason. So that it will be sent to “Team Vishwavedika” to review
and take action on that particular profile.

What is
Express Interest?
'Express Interest' is a feature that enables you to send automated messages to members and let them know that you are interested in them.

Is there a limit on
the number of Express Interest messages I can send in a day?
Yes, it is depending upon package you are opted in.
21) How will I know if a member has accepted/declined my interest?
You will be notified via notification in the notification icon as well as email when a member accepts/declines your interest. You can also login to your account and check in 'Express Interests' option to know how many members have accepted/declined your interest. We recommend you to first “Express Interest” on a profile rather viewing the contact number to lose your credits.

Will my contact information
be revealed to the member I have expressed my interest in?
No. Only an automated message expressing your
interest will be sent to the member without revealing your contact information.

Do we have
messaging feature?
Yes, you
can send personalised messages to a member who has accepted your interest by
upgrading to premium membership.

What is Member
ID
A Member
ID is a unique nine or ten-digit number (e.g. 202208114)
to identify you uniquely. A Member ID is assigned to you when you
register with us. This Member ID is to be referred in all correspondences with vishwavedika.net
or vishwavedika.in.

Forgot my password,
what to do?
You can
retrieve your Password by clicking on Forgot Password link in login page and
enter your Phone/E-mail ID. We will send you an OTP Code via phone number/e-mail
to set the new password.
Note: As of now, we are giving preference through mobile number OTP verification system and not for user name /password.
26) How do I change my Password?
You can change your password from “Change Password” option in “Dashboard/Account” button.

How to Deactivate
/ Reactivate my profile?
Login
to your account. In the “Dashboard/Account” Page and click on “Deactivate
Account” to proceed further. Your profile will be invisible to all the
active members in the system.
After “Deactivate Account” you can again reactivate it back by clicking
the “Reactivate Account” button in the “Dashboard/Account”
Page.
28) Do I get Refund?
The
payments made by any member to vishwavedika.net by way of membership /
renewal fee / auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.
